André is a dedicated husband, father, and servant leader committed to strong families, vibrant communities and opportunity here in South Dakota
Raised in Sioux Falls, André married his college sweetheart, Carrie, and together they are raising their four boys with the same South Dakota values they cherish: Responsibility, Hard Work, Service, and Love of Neighbor.
District 15 deserves a state government that is transparent, accountable, proactive, and focused on common-sense approaches to the things that matter. Public service demands more than unserious tribalism - we deserve leaders who are willing to come to the table with humility and work together to strengthen our communities.
